Scouting report builder

The fields a scout actually fills in, in the order you fill them in at a match: who and when, the context that explains the performance, graded observations, evidence, and a recommendation someone else can act on. Nothing you type leaves this browser — reports are saved on this device only.

1 · Player

2 · Match observed

3 · Graded observations

1 = well below the level you are recruiting for · 3 = at the level · 5 = clearly above it. Leave blank what you did not see — a guess is worse than a gap.

4 · Evidence

5 · Verdict

Why it is laid out this way

  • Context before grades. A full-back who “offered nothing going forward” in a side defending a 1–0 lead with ten men has told you nothing about his crossing.
  • Grade against a level, not against the match. “Best player on the pitch” means little in a weak game. The scale asks whether the player is below, at or above the level you are recruiting for.
  • Blanks are allowed. One viewing rarely shows aerial ability, weak-foot use and defensive transitions. An honest gap tells the next scout what to look for.
  • Evidence with minutes. Anyone with the video can check a timestamped claim — and should.
  • The position block changes with the position you choose, so a goalkeeper is not graded on pressing triggers.

Privacy: this page stores reports in your browser's local storage on this device and sends nothing to 4Futbol. “Copy as text” puts the report on your clipboard so that you decide where it goes; the AI link never carries your text with it. Clearing your browser data deletes saved reports — export anything you need to keep.
